A SEASONINGS AND FLAVORED SALTS RECIPE
Main Ingredients (2-3 servings)
1 lb of medium sized shrimp, cleaned peeled and deveined with tail on
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
Marinade:
In a bowlmix
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp of grated ginger
1 tsp of Hawaii Kai’s Maui Onion Seasoning
Chili dipping sauce:
In a bowl
mix 1/4 cup of thai sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp of hoisin sauce
1 tbsp of freshly chopped basil
Directions
1. Marinate the shrimp and keep it in the fridge, covered for at least 3 hours.
2. In a skillet, heat a cup of vegetable oil.
3. Dredge the shrimp in panko bread crumbs and fry until they turn golden and cooked through
4. Move them onto a plate over some paper towels to drain access oil
5. Serve with a side of sweet and spicy chilli dipping sauce
