Lemon Pepper Seasoning • We combine coarse black pepper and coarse Palm Island Premium White Silver sea salt with a rich lemon citrus flavor. This unique lemon-pepper spice blend is a mouth-watering enhancement to a wide variety of dishes.

Paniolo Grill Seasoning • Inspired by the Hawaiian cowboys (paniolo) who work the islands’ cattle-ranch herds and enjoy a sizzling steak at the end of the day, this is our secret (yet traditional) blend of coarse black pepper, mild red peppers, and garlic in combination with our coars Palm Island Premium Black Lava sea salt and other select spices. Great on grilled steak, roasted potatoes, and grilled portabella mushrooms. For a great quick dip, mix with sour cream.

Maui Onion Seasoning • Maui’s signature sweet onions are legendary for their exquisite flavor and mild intensity. There’s even an annual Maui Onion Festival in Kaanapali, where people eat them like apples! We make dehydrated fresh, raw, Maui Sweet Onions at our salt farms on Molokai, then blend the flakes with our Palm Island Premium White Silver sea salt. Superb on roasted chicken, grilled shrimp, deviled eggs, popcorn, and brown rice. Stir it into sour cream for a delicious dip.
