A SEASONINGS AND FLAVORED SALTS RECIPE
2-3 servings
Main Ingredients
1/2 can of lite spam
2 cups of chopped up cabbage kimchi
1/2 cup of kimchi juice
2 cups of cooked rice
1 tbsp of Hawaii Kai’s Maui Onion Seasoning
vegetable oil
1 tbsp of sesame oil
2 eggs.
Directions
1. Heat up a wok or skillet in medium high heat
2. Cut the spam into small cubes and stir fry them without any oil for about 2-3 minutes
3. Add the chopped up kimchi and mix them with the spam for about 2-3 minutes
4. Next add the cooked rice, Maui Onion Seasoning and stir well
5. Finally, add the kimchi juice and sesame oil and give it one last stir
6. Serve the fried rice with a fried egg sunny side up or over easy
