Bruschetta with Tomato, Basil
A BALSAMIC VINEGAR SEA SALT RECIPE
Serves 8

Ingredients
1 sourdough loaf, sliced 1″ thickness and lightly toasted on both sides.
4 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 small plum or roma tomatoes, diced
2/3 cup chopped basil leaves
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar Sea Salt
Directions
1. In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese, and garlic.
2. Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and pepper. Pile on toasted bread slices.
