A SEASONINGS AND FLAVORED SALTS RECIPE

Main Ingredients
1/4 lb thinly sliced sirloin beef
half a dozen baby bok choys
2 cups of shitake mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 cup of green onion thinly sliced
1 cup of cilantro
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
5 tbsp of low sodium of soy sauce

1 tsp of brown sugar
Directions
1. Heat up a wok or deep skillet in medium high heat.
2. Add the vegetable oil followed by soy sauce, Hawaii Kai’s Black Lava Sea Salt and brown sugar and stir gently with a wooden ladle or spoon
3. Add the beef and let it cook in the sauce for 2 minutes
4. Add the shitake mushrooms, bell peppers and baby bok choys and stir fry the ingredients for additional 2 minutes
5. Finally, add the noodles and give it a quick stir for additional minute
6. Sprinkle chopped green onion and cilantro over the noodles before serving
