Gochujang beef tacos with kimchi salsa

A SEASONINGS AND FLAVORED SALTS RECIPE

2 servings

Main Ingredients
1 lb of lean
ground beef
4 taco shells (slightly heated in the toaster oven)
shredded lettuce
light sour cream
shredded cheese
1 cup of avocados (diced)
vegetable oil for cooking

Beef seasoning:
1 tbsp of cumin powder
Hawaii Kai’s Molokai Coffee Sea Salt
half a tablespoon of gochujang chilli sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil.

Kimchi salsa:
In a bowl mix
1 cup of diced tomatoes
1 cup of chopped up cabbage kimchi
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1 tsp of sesame oil

Directions
1. First, heat up a skillet in medium high heat and cook the ground beef in a tablespoon of vegetable oil
2.Add cumin powder, Molokai Coffee Sea Salt, gochujang sauce and sesame oil and stir fry the beef for about 5 minutes
3.Stuff the taco shells with cooked beef, kimchi salsa, sour cream, lettuce, avocado and cheese
